Return Eligibility

  • Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Product Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Opened or used supplements/vitamins (for safety and hygiene reasons)
    • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
    • Products damaged due to misuse or wear and tear

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund approval.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost to you.
